About the role

The instructor is responsible for delivering classroom lectures and supervising students in both college laboratories and clinical site locations. They must ensure the requirements of the NAA100 Nursing Assistant Skills I curriculum are met.

Job Summary

This temporary, part-time instructor position is used to fill classroom vacancies as needed: days, evenings, weekends and/or online. The Nursing Assistant Skills I instructor will be responsible for classroom lecture, supervising students in the college laboratory as well as clinical site locations associated with the requirements of NAA100 Nursing Assistant Skills I curriculum. Job Duties

Nursing Assistant Skills I instructor will be responsible for classroom lecture, supervising students in the college laboratory as well as clinical site locations associated with the requirements of NAA100 Nursing Assistant Skills I curriculum.

Minimum Qualifications

RN or ADN or higher required with 2 years of related work experience including long term care experience. Teaching experience in the Nurse Aid discipline with demonstrated competencies required. Licensure is required. Experience using Blackboard (or a similar learning management system as a delivery method for classes) is recommended.
