Description A Preschool Aide supports the lead teacher in providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. This role involves assisting with daily classroom activities, supervising children, maintaining a clean and organized classroom, and encouraging children's social, emotional, and educational development.
Assist the lead teacher with planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons and activities. Supervise children during classroom activities, outdoor play, meals, and rest time. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly classroom environment. Assist children with personal care needs, including handwashing, toileting, and dressing, as needed.
