High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's in education or related field. Experience working with young children in early childhood education, behavioral support, or special education. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coach teachers in a supportive, non‑judgmental manner. Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and inclusive classroom practices.
