We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Pre-School Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans designed to nurture cognitive, emotional, and social growth. You'll collaborate with fellow educators and support staff to provide an inclusive and engaging learning environment that prepares children for Pre-K and beyond.
Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Pennsylvania Early Learning Standards Foster a classroom environment that promotes creativity, exploration, and active learning Use positive behavior management strategies to support children's social-emotional development Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and developmental milestones Collaborate with colleagues and families to build strong, supportive partnerships Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom space Participate in professional development and continuing education opportunities
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education (Required) Minimum of 2 years experience working with preschool-aged children Strong knowledge of child development and early learning best practices Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills Commitment to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and positive learning environment
