Qualifications: / Training:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field preferred. Valid teaching certification or equivalent training preferred. Completion of student teaching through a university degree or teacher certification program. Training in effective instructional methods.

Major Responsibilities and Duties: Instruction and Student Learning
Deliver engaging lessons, assignments, and assessments aligned to the 1st grade curriculum.
Plan and implement coherent sequences of lessons that build knowledge, deepen understanding, and develop skills progressively.
Differentiate instruction using a variety of teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners.
Use formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress, adjust instruction, and provide meaningful feedback.
Foster student engagement through discussion, inquiry, reflection, and problem-solving activities.
Support students’ emotional, social, and academic development.
