You will apply a range of instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners and work collaboratively with colleagues across the Lower School to promote high-quality teaching and learning. Qualifications: / Training:
High school diploma or equivalent required Training in effective instructional methods preferred Commitment to ongoing professional learning and development

Director of Lower School.
Support the planning and delivery of the daily instructional program under the direction of the Lead Teacher Work with individual students, small groups, and whole-class settings to support learning Assist in monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate student records Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of students Supervise the classroom in the absence of the Lead Teacher Supervise students in non-classroom settings, including playground and transitions
Assist the Lead Teacher in preparing and delivering lessons that build knowledge and skills in a structured and progressive manner Support the preparation of instructional materials, learning centers, and classroom displays
Assist in creating and maintaining a positive, organized, and engaging learning environment Prepare materials and resources required for lessons and activities Support general classroom organization and housekeeping responsibilities
