The Teacher's Aide is responsible for leading on-site activities and working directly with children to provide a quality experience. They assist the Head Teacher in daily preparations and maintain a safe, inclusive environment for all participants.
Candidates must be at least 16 years old with previous experience working with children. They must be able to obtain CPR certification within 90 days and possess strong communication skills.
