Oversee all on-ice responsibilities for the Men's Club Hockey team, including facilitating practice plans and teaching strategy. Collaborate with team captains and the executive board to manage team dynamics and student development.
This position will oversee all aspects of Men’s Club Hockey team’s on-ice responsibilities.
The coach will work with team captains to facilitate practice plans and teach drills.
They will teach strategy, attend every practice, or competition, and the coach will help manage team dynamics.
The coach will also work with the club’s executive board, who oversee all the team’s administrative responsibilities including scheduling and fundraising efforts.
This position reports directly to the Assistant Director of Club Sports and indirectly to all Campus Recreation professional staff members and the team’s officers.
The Men’s Club Hockey team falls under Campus Recreation and is not associated with Athletics.

This is a part-time, temporary, non-unit, non-benefited position. Anticipate 6-8 hours/week

Requires a high school diploma or GED and previous experience coaching or participating in hockey. Must obtain First-Aid, CPR, AED, and Blood Borne Pathogen certifications within 90 days of hire.
