As an RBT, you will play a hands-on, play based role in helping children with autism build essential skills through compassion, connection, and meaningful interaction. This is an in-center position where you will spend your days engaging in guided play, shared activities, and structured learning moments designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. You will help children communicate, grow, and gain confidence in a safe, joyful environment that celebrates every step forward. No experience is required, just heart, patience, and a genuine desire to make a meaningful difference every day.

Related experience working with children including but not limited to childcare, daycare, nanny, babysitting, special education classroom aid, paraprofessional, preschool pre-k or early childhood assistant, pediatric healthcare, camp counselor, after-school program, etc High School Diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation and auto insurance Strong computer and technology skills Must obtain RBT certification within 90 days of hire if not already certified Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test Ideal availability from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday - Minimum availability from 11 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to sit, stand, walk, run, and transition between positions regularly Autism 360 celebrates diversity and longevity within our teams.
