The tutor will assist students individually and in small groups to provide remedial support in reading and/or math. They will work under the supervision of the classroom teacher and/or Instructional Facilitator.
Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and be fully licensed as an Elementary Teacher with previous tutoring experience. They should also possess strong skills in assessment and technology.

Strong background in North Carolina Standard Course of Study/Common Core. Strong technology skills. Minimum Education and Experience Minimum of Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university. Must be fully licensed as an Elementary Teacher (00025) and have previous tutoring experience.
