Support the Head Teacher in maintaining a safe, nurturing classroom environment and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum. Supervise daily activities, maintain state licensing compliance, and build positive relationships with families and staff.
Candidates should have experience in early childhood education and meet state requirements for licensed child care staff. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and possess independent US work authorization.

As an Assistant Teacher, you will: Support the Head Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Assist with implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum through play, exploration, and daily routines Help maintain compliance with state licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and ratio requirements Supervise children and support daily activities including meals, rest time, and transitions Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members Support classroom organization, cleanliness, and documentation as required Step into classroom coverage as needed to maintain proper ratios Apply Today If You: Enjoy working with young children and supporting their growth and development Have experience in early childhood education or a related field (preferred but not required, depending on state guidelines) Meet or are eligible to meet state requirements for child care staff in a licensed program Are willing to complete required background checks and pre-service training in accordance with state regulations Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
