Assist in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants and mobile infants Support daily caregiving routines including feeding, diapering, and nap schedules Engage infants in age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities Observe and document infant development milestones and daily progress Communicate openly and professionally with parents and guardians regarding their child's daily care Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment in compliance with licensing standards Collaborate with lead teachers to implement developmentally appropriate curriculum
