Plan and execute age-appropriate curricula to promote the cognitive, social, and physical development of children aged 6 weeks to 3 years. Maintain a safe, healthy environment and build strong collaborative relationships with parents and guardians.
Requires an Associate's degree in early childhood education with 1 year of experience, or a CDA credential with an Infant/Toddler designation and 2 years of experience. A valid driver's license and multilingual skills are considered a plus.
Associate's degree in early childhood education or related field with at least 15 hours of ECE coursework required. A minimum of 1 year of experience with infant/toddler care in child care, daycare, or other early childhood education setting is required. A Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential with an Infant/Toddler designation and 2 years of experience in infant/toddler care will also be accepted. Valid driver’s license is a plus. Bi- or Multi-lingual skills are a plus.

Complete child education plans, assessments, progress notes, and other required documentation. Create and maintain a safe, healthy environment, ensuring adequate supervision in all activities and compliance with all safety and licensing standards. Build strong parent/guardian-teacher relationships with regular communication and collaboration to ensure every child’s growth, development, and well-being are supported both in and out of the classroom.
