Your responsibilities include: Create a nurturing classroom rooted in biblical truth and Classical Christian education Integrate Scripture, poetry, songs, chants, and hands-on learning throughout the school day Foster children's academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment Build positive relationships with students and families Teach character, respect, responsibility, and biblical values through daily interactions Collaborate with the Preschool Director and fellow teachers to ensure curriculum alignment and student success Monitor student progress and communicate with families regarding development Support Colorado licensing requirements related to supervision, health, safety, attendance, and documentation Participate in school events including Open House, Parent-Teacher Conferences, and community activities Work collaboratively with Teacher Assistants and support staff to provide an exceptional classroom experience What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Passion for early childhood education and child development Commitment to the mission and values of Classical Christian education Spiritually mature Christian with a heart for serving children and families Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to create a joyful, engaging, and structured classroom environment
