Join Super Soccer Stars, where we bring the FUNdamentals of soccer to children ages 1–12 through engaging, curriculum-based classes.

As a coach, you’ll laugh, play, and inspire—while helping kids build confidence, coordination, and a love for the game.

Why You’ll Love This Role Flexible, part-time schedule (perfect for students, parents, or side hustles) Clear fast-track career path to leadership Paid training + professional development Positive, upbeat work environment Opportunity to make a lasting impact in your community What You’ll Do Lead fun, high-energy soccer classes for children ages 2–12 Follow and deliver our proven, curriculum-based lesson plans Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment Use positive coaching to build confidence and skills Communicate with parents about their child’s progress Help set up, clean up, and manage equipment Participate in training sessions and team development Take on leadership responsibilities as you grow into a Lead Coach What We’re Looking For Experience working with children (teaching, coaching, childcare, camps, etc.) High energy, enthusiasm, and a playful personality Strong communication and leadership skills Dependable with reliable transportation Must have availability on weekday mornings. Afternoons, and/or some weekends is a plus. Willingness to learn and grow within the program Ability to pass a background check and work in the U.S.

Requirements
