Market context
Toddler lead teacher roles in Massachusetts are often tied to state licensing and center staffing needs, especially in programs serving infants and toddlers. This role is competitive because employers typically look for a high school diploma or equivalent, required lead-teacher credentials or experience, and prefer an Early Childhood Education degree or CDA plus classroom experience. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your credential fit and highlight any toddler classroom experience in your application.
