The instructor will plan and lead progressive multi-sport training sessions to build athleticism and sport-specific fundamentals for youth. Responsibilities include implementing drills for strength and agility while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment.
Plan and lead age-appropriate training sessions for middle school (5th–8th) and high school (9th–12th) participants. Incorporate drills and exercises that develop strength, endurance, agility, coordination, and teamwork. Introduce and refine sport-specific skills across multiple sports (e.g., basketball, soccer, baseball, fitness drills). Create a positive and inclusive environment where athletes are encouraged to challenge themselves. Monitor safety and provide appropriate modifications for different ability levels. Track participant progress and adapt sessions to meet group needs. Set up and break down equipment before and after class.
Background in coaching, physical education, personal training, or youth sports instruction. Strong understanding of multi-sport training principles and athletic development. Experience working with middle and high school students. Ability to design engaging, structured sessions that balance skill development and fun.
