The Lead Teacher plans and implements developmentally appropriate curricula to support the academic, social, and emotional growth of preschool children. They are also responsible for monitoring developmental progress and partnering with families to ensure student success.
A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field and NC Pre-K licensure are required. Candidates must also possess CPR/First Aid certification and pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30am-3:30pm (40 hours/week)

Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required NC Pre-K qualifications and licensure requirements required Experience working in preschool or Pre-K settings preferred CPR and First Aid certification required or ability to obtain Strong classroom management and communication skills Valid driver’s license required Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening and TB test, and must submit to random drug screenings. Physical Requirements Must be able to actively supervise preschool-aged children, move throughout classroom and outdoor learning environments, and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
