What you'll do

Support lead teachers across different age groups throughout the day Help maintain ratios, routines, and a safe, engaging classroom environment Adapt quickly — no two days (or rooms) look the same Build real relationships with kids and staff, even on the go What we're looking for:

• Experience in a licensed childcare setting preferred Comfortable working with a range of ages, from infants to preschoolers Flexible, dependable, and quick on your feet Willingness to meet Alabama DHR clearance and training requirements Why KinderKids: PTO
