Market context
Arizona schools commonly need paraprofessionals to support classroom instruction, student supervision, and special education services, so openings can appear across districts and charter schools. This role is competitive because employers often prefer candidates with education-related degrees, teacher certification, and a valid IVP fingerprint clearance card by hire.
