The Lead Teacher is responsible for planning, assessing, and instructing 4K students based on individual needs and program requirements. This includes implementing curriculum aligned with Wisconsin standards and maintaining a safe, organized classroom environment.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education and possess a valid DPI certification. Experience in classroom leadership and familiarity with Wisconsin licensing best practices are required.
The 4K Lead Teacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing and instructing based on the needs of each child, and the requirements of the program.
