Who We Are: Looking For:

Are you the Parent Educator we have been looking for? In this position you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by working with our youth!

JRI’s Parents As Teachers program works with parents from prenatal to kindergarten age to increase parent knowledge of early childhood development and improve parenting practice. Our staff perform family centered assessments and deliver a structured curriculum which emphasizes parent-child interaction, development centered parenting, and family well-being. As the PAT educator you will empower parents through education and resources to foster healthy family dynamic and support child development.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $21.00 to $23.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • A minimum of an Associate's degree in early childhood education or a related field is required, along with two years of relevant experience. Alternatively, five years of experience in early childhood education or a daycare environment will also be accepted.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Must have an active driver's license and daily access to a working, registered, insured vehicle.
  • Background and driving record checks will be performed.
