Iv. Essential duties and responsibilities
Teach mathematics courses in alignment with the university's mission and learning objectives
Develop and implement effective instructional strategies that promote student engagement
Provide timely and constructive feedback on student work
Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance
Utilize the university's learning management system (Moodle) for course management
Maintain professionalism and adhere to university policies
Communicate effectively and courteously with others, including employees, students, and the public, in a spirit of teamwork, respect, and service
Serve as a Christian role model to students, both inside and outside the classroom
Demonstrate experience working cross culturally with respect, appreciation and humility
Other duties as assigned and appropriate to the subject area and program needs

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Verified ability to teach assigned mathematics courses, which may include College Algebra, Statistics, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus. Deliver engaging lessons, adapting to various learning styles. Professional experience in the field related to the subject being taught
Familiarity with online and hybrid teaching modalities
Engagement in scholarship, research, or professional development ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Previous teaching experience in higher education, or the capacity to teach in higher education
