Market context
In Alabama, classroom teacher roles are typically shaped by steady demand in schools and child-focused programs that need educators who can manage groups, plan lessons, and keep students engaged. These roles are competitive because employers often look for candidates who already have classroom leadership experience, meet state and center education requirements, and can handle active, hands-on work with children.
