Collect, analyze, and apply student performance and observational data to inform instruction and adapt learning experiences. Develop and implement IEP goals. Collaborate with the IEP team to create, track, and adjust individualized education plans that reflect students’ unique needs. Foster family engagement. Maintain regular communication with families, involve them in planning strategies, and support student progress through partnership. Maintain a safe and engaging classroom. Create an organized, discovery-based environment that supports active learning and complies with health and safety protocols. Incorporate technology and arts.
