We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Family Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality primary care services at our Child & Adolescent Health Center (CAHC) located within TCAPS West Middle School in Traverse City, Michigan.
The Family Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive primary care services to students ages 3-21 in a school-based clinic, delivering patient-centered care through assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, this role supports prevention, wellness, and continuity of care while helping students overcome barriers to accessing healthcare.
