The Assistant Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans to meet children's physical, social, and intellectual needs. They must maintain accurate records of child development and maintain consistent communication with parents regarding their child's progress.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and meet all licensing requirements, including a TB test and background check. Preferred qualifications include a CDA, Early Childhood degree, or experience in a licensed facility.
