Varsity Assistant Football Coach Reports to Head Coach, Athletic Director and School Principal Summary of Position: We are seeking a passionate, committed Varsity Assistant Football Coach to join our program. This individual will work with the Head Coach to develop student athletes in skill, technique, discipline, teamwork, and Christ-like character. Previous prep football coaching or playing experience preferred Knowledge of the game and ability to teach fundamentals Commitment to the mission and values of Christian education Ability to mentor and disciple student athletes Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Experience (not required) Experience coaching at the high school level Experience with strength adn conditioning programs
