Market context

School nurse roles in New Jersey

New Jersey school nurse openings are often tied to district staffing needs, student health plans, and compliance with school health requirements. These roles can be competitive because employers may prefer a BSN, while some accept an LPN who is willing to pursue an RN degree; tuition reimbursement can help support that path. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm licensure expectations and whether the district’s schedule fits your availability.
