Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide direct therapy services tailored to each client's communication goals. Document progress notes and maintain accurate, timely clinical records. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members. Advocate for appropriate caseloads and high-quality therapist support.
