As the school's SLP, you'll provide comprehensive speech-language services that help students strengthen communication skills essential for academic and social success. Prepare evaluation reports, therapy notes, and progress documentation. Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to preschool-aged students. Complete speech and language evaluations and interpret assessment results. Monitor student growth and adjust therapy strategies to meet individual needs. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations for student programming. Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes.
