Minnesota State College Southeast seeks a Practical Nursing Adjunct Instructor dedicated to excellence in teaching who desires to become part of a creative, vibrant, student-centered learning community. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to interdisciplinary and cross-cultural perspectives. Deliver classroom, web-enhanced and/or online course instruction.
Conduct classroom research and other assessment/evaluation activities.
Mentor and advise student
Preferred Qualification: Familiar with Concept-Based Theory in nursing education
Experience utilizing learning management systems such as D2L
Previous teaching experience or demonstrated ability to teach in a Community College setting in both in-person and online learning environments
An understanding and knowledge of classroom, lab, clinical and simulation teaching methods, skills, and issues along with an understanding of an array of academic areas/programs and related issues.
