Float between classrooms to provide end of day coverage and support across multiple age groups Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and daily activities Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times Engage children in educational, creative, and social play activities Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administrators Follow all childcare licensing regulations and center policies
Previous experience in a daycare, preschool, or childcare setting preferred b Ability to work flexible part-time hours and adapt to different classroom environments. Primary schedule is 1pm to 6:30pm Monday - Friday.
