Your Impact As a Guide (Teacher), you’ll either Lead or support a mixed-age Montessori classroom in our Infant, Toddler, and Children’s House (ages 3–6) programs.
You'll help create a calm, engaging environment where children develop independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning. Through thoughtful observation, meaningful relationships, and beautifully prepared classrooms, you'll help each child grow academically, socially, and emotionally. What You’ll Do Lead or support a mixed-age Montessori classroom Observe children closely to understand and support their individual development Prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly classroom learning environment Foster independence through respectful guidance and encouragement Build strong partnerships with families Collaborate with fellow team members to create a positive classroom community What We’re Looking For Experience working with young children in a preschool, childcare, daycare or school setting A passion for early childhood education and child development A collaborative, adaptable, and positive mindset Interest in learning the Montessori approach (prior Montessori experience is welcomed but not required) Required ECE or Child Development credits, where applicable Interest in pursuing our fully sponsored Montessori diploma through the Prepared Montessorian Institute
