The Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking temporary Application Reviewers to support the admissions process for the incoming veterinary class. Individuals in this role will review and evaluate application materials using established admissions criteria and rubrics to help identify qualified candidates for admission. Reviewers will receive training on admissions standards, implicit bias, confidentiality, professionalism, ethics, and conflict-of-interest expectations to ensure a fair and consistent review process. This temporary, remote position runs from August through January and requires a commitment of approximately 10–40 hours per week. Candidates must have access to a personal computer, reliable internet service, and an appropriate remote work environment. Current veterinary students and individuals applying to veterinary school are not eligible for consideration. Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills. Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately manage conflicts of interest. Proficiency with basic computer applications and web-based systems.
