As a Teacher Assistant, you will assist in caring for the physical and emotional needs of preschool students under the supervision of the classroom teacher. You will also supervise the class during the teacher's absence and participate in staff development activities.
A high school education or GED is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Two years of practical experience working with children and a Level I NYS Teacher Assistant Certification are also preferred.
