The Aquatics Instructor teaches swim skills and promotes water safety to create a positive and enriching environment for members and youth. They act as a mentor to build participant confidence and resilience while maintaining strict safety standards.
Minimum Age: 16 with a valid work permit. Education & Experience: Prior swim experience required. Experience teaching swim is preferred, on the job training will be provided. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
