The specialist is responsible for the safety and supervision of Club members while delivering quality sports and fitness programs. Key duties include facilitating curriculum-based activities, organizing sports tournaments, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and a passion for working with youth. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and a valid driver's license (for those 21+) are required.

This is a part-time position, working approximately 10-25 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Paid training and orientation are required.
