PACLC is seeking flexible and energetic individuals to join our team as Substitute Childcare Teachers to start picking up shifts immediately. In this role, you will step into various classroom settings as needed to support daily activities, foster positive interactions, and ensure a safe and engaging environment for children. We have a new location opening this fall and are looking for a team of substitute teachers to support our 3 Phoenixville centers!

30am-6:00pm, shifts can be partial or full days as needed We have 3 centers in Phoenixville, ~1 mile apart We care for children from infancy through pre-kindergarten Shifts can be scheduled in advance, but sometimes will be posted the night before or even day of A required 1-hour orientation before your first shift, and any required training is paid.
High school diploma or GED required Prior experience working with children preferred Strong communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Reliable, adaptable, and professional Must meet all background check and state licensing requirements: FBI Fingerprinting, PA Background Check, PA Child Abuse Clearance, NSOR Clearance
