What You'll Do Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that spark curiosity and support children's growth.

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and skill development.

Establish a consistent daily routine that helps children feel secure, confident, and ready to learn.

Provide attentive care and support to meet each child's individual needs throughout the day.

Observe children's progress and celebrate milestones while helping identify areas where additional support may be needed.

Build positive partnerships with families through open communication and regular updates about their child's day and development.

Foster a classroom environment where every child feels safe, valued, and excited to learn.

What We're Looking For Experience working with young children in a childcare, preschool, or early learning setting.

A strong understanding of child development and a genuine appreciation for the unique ways children learn and grow.

Coursework, credentials, or a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.

A warm, patient, and nurturing approach that helps children feel safe, supported, and confident.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills to effectively partner with families and colleagues.

Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to balance the needs of a busy classroom.

Current clearances, First Aid and CPR certification, or a willingness to obtain certification upon hire.

A positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and passion for making a difference in the lives of children every day.

Requirements
