Qualifications

  • Aide At least 18 years old High school diploma or GED Passion for working with young children No childcare experience? That's okay! We have a limited number of Aide positions available while we help you complete the training needed to become PATCH qualified—and we even pay for your CDA certification. Infant/Toddler Caregiver 12–24 months of experience working with children under age 3 in a licensed childcare setting Required Infant/Toddler training (or willingness to complete—we'll help!) Teacher CDA or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) 6–12 months of experience in a licensed preschool or childcare program Schedule & Locations Monday–Friday
