What You'll Do As an Autism Aide (Behavior Technician), you'll work one-on-one with children with autism in their homes while receiving ongoing support from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll help children build skills in: Communication Social skills Daily living skills Emotional regulation Independence Play and learning Every child is different, making every day rewarding and meaningful.
High School Diploma or GED Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Enjoy working with children Positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience with autism or ABA is a plus—but not required.
