Responsibilities: Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment Assess children’s developmental needs and implement approved lesson plans Build genuine relationships with children and help them explore language, literacy, science, and life skills Maintain an attractive, well-kept classroom that inspires confidence and decision-making Ensure adherence to all regulations and standards for health, safety, and care Assist with classroom maintenance and other tasks as needed
