Nestled just outside the Great Smoky Mountains, around 30 miles North of Knoxville, in a small, quaint, beautiful town, called Andersonville, sits Norris Academy, a residential treatment facility that offers comprehensive, holistic services to youth with autism spectrum disorders, and/or other neurodevelopmental diagnosis.
A caseload you can actually manage. This role comes with a set, reasonable caseload — no productivity quotas, no chasing billable hours. You're paid a stable annual salary, so you can focus fully on doing great clinical work instead of watching a productivity meter.
Starting at $58,000 per year, negotiable based on experience, education, and licensure. Free supervision provided for therapists pursuing licensure.

No two days look the same — the work is exciting, impactful, and deeply rewarding. As a Therapist, you'll lead the delivery and implementation of each client's individual treatment plan, run individual and group therapy sessions, participate in child/family and treatment team meetings, and complete assessments and reports as required by the county and state. This is an onsite position, Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts — with a set caseload and salary, so your schedule and workload stay predictable.
