Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for infants that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment aligned with licensing and PDIS Level 2 standards Build strong, trusting relationships with infants through responsive caregiving and positive interactions Communicate regularly with families regarding their child's daily progress, milestones, and needs Observe, document, and track infant development using appropriate assessment tools Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols including diapering, feeding, and sleep routines Collaborate with lead teachers and center staff to ensure a cohesive, high-quality learning environment
Must meet Colorado PDIS Level 2 qualifications or higher Previous experience working with infants in a licensed childcare or early childhood setting preferred Knowledge of infant developmental milestones and best practices in early childhood education Current or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification Must pass required background checks per Colorado childcare licensing regulations Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with families Patient, compassionate, and dedicated to providing high-quality infant care About Us: The Learning Experience is a nationally recognized early childhood education provider committed to making a difference in the lives of children and families every day.
