The Cedarville University Continuing Education Program seeks an EMS Instructor.

This is a non-exempt, part-time position (110-225 hours annually).

The EMS Instructor facilitates the instruction of EMS students through lecture and practical instruction.

This role maintains a thorough knowledge of course material and multiple instructional modalities to accommodate various student learning styles and helps students to develop and apply appropriate learning and study skills.

Position Requirements: EMS Instructor or Assistant EMS Instructor licensed in the State of Ohio Recommendation of the EMS Program Director Ability to learn and become proficient in University software Ability to regularly stand, walk, and sit Ability to handle and control equipment Ability to regularly lift and exert force on items of varying weight, up to 25 lbs.

Ability to kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and reach Ability to speak, write, and use a computer on a regular basis to instruct students Ability to instruct outside in all weather conditions if necessary Qualified applicants must recognize and generally uphold the University Doctrinal Statement and follow the Community Covenant and General Work Place Standards.

This position is subject to the University's verification of credentials and other information required by law and Cedarville University policies, including successful completion of a criminal history investigation.
