About the role

The Lead Teacher is responsible for implementing daily lesson plans and leading classroom instruction using the Mind and Body Matters curriculum. They must maintain a safe, structured learning environment while communicating professionally with parents and staff.

Hourly Rate

$17.10 - $22.05 per hour. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or other benefits. Requirements

Candidates must possess an Associate's Degree and at least one year of experience in a licensed childcare setting. Required certifications include CPR and First Aid, along with meeting all state licensing requirements.
