The Assistant Teacher is responsible for executing daily lesson plans and maintaining a safe, structured learning environment for children. They must communicate professionally with parents and staff while documenting child progress using technology.

Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or other benefits.
