Provide direct therapeutic services and consultative support to infants and toddlers with developmental delays using a coaching model. Conduct evaluations to determine eligibility and develop Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

The survey will be sent to parents on a semester basis. Expectation score of 3-4.74. 25% Timely Documentation Ensure that all paperwork deadlines are met so services can be billed in a timely manner.
