Support the Lead Guide in creating a calm, beautiful, and engaging Montessori classroom. Help children develop independence, concentration, confidence, and social skills. Assist with classroom preparation, organization, and daily routines. Observe children's growth and celebrate their accomplishments. Model patience, respect, and grace and courtesy throughout the day. Partner with your classroom team to provide a consistent, nurturing learning environment. Gradually take on increased responsibilities as you grow professionally and explore the path toward becoming a Lead Guide.
At least 12 ECE units (or are willing to complete them) Experience working with children ages 3–6 (preferred) A passion for early childhood education An interest in learning authentic Montessori philosophy and practices A desire to pursue Montessori certification and eventually become a Lead Guide Strong organizational skills and a positive, dependable attitude Patience, warmth, and a genuine love for helping children thrive Montessori experience is welcome but not required. We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn, committed to growth, and excited to become part of our school community.
